Obituary: Love for Shah Rukh Khan

Today, we mourn the passing away of a beloved emotion, Love for Shah Rukh Khan, who has been with us for so many years.
It’s been 25 years since this emotion developed in our hearts and gave us nothing but solace, affection and the joy of dreaming. It had accomplished the dream of " Chaand Taare Tod Lau, Saari Duniya par main chauu."

- Bade bade deshon mein aisi choti choti baatein hoti rehti hai
- Pyaar dosti hai
- Aaj ek sapna aur dekh lo..aaj kya pata kal ho na ho
- Haar ke jeetne wale ko Baazigar kehte hai
This emotion came into the world by displaying the beautiful concepts of love, life, and humility; it eventually went on dictating the concepts of heartbreak, pain, and infidelity. (hint: Happy New Year)
This emotion lived by the simple philosophy that if we really want something, the universe will conspire to give it to us and whatever the ending, it will always be happy. If it’s not, then the story isn’t over yet.
Its health began to deteriorate horribly when Happy New Year released. This movie infected the lungs of the emotion by portraying blatant misogyny and encouraging shoddy storyline. Further releases like Dilwale, Fan, and Raees only suffocated this emotion more.
It lost ground when every award function, advertisement, Tv show had SRK's presence leading to the absence of exclusivity.
It finally lost the will to live when the Ted Talk felt like rehearsed talk lacking genuine wisdom. It finally breathed its last with the release of “Jab Harry Met Sejal”. The infection had spread all over the body breaking our hearts and unsettling the mind.

This emotion was preceded by its parents: Orator and Chivalry, its daughter: Humour and son: Witty.
It is survived by step-brothers: Shackled Ideals, Arrogance, and Stardom.
This feeling took away fantasy, romance, integrity and the ability to love.
Like Om Shanti Om, I wish for its resurrection. I hope the ghost of "Zero" finds peace and disappears into the afterworld.
